High heel is not a fashion just pope up recently. It was a popular fashion among females for a long time. They use high heeled shoes to look slimmer and taller with many outfits. It is not restricted to a particular type of dress. It has become a universal trend now.
There are many advantages in high heels as well as some disadvantages. Mainly there are some health issues to be addressed in the high heel shoes. Many girls are not aware of them.


High heels are not a design to be use everyday. It is not suitable for daily office use. It should something for special occasions. Daily use can give pain in the back and feet for the girls. It is not only feet and back that will be affected. In the long run it can give problems in the knees as well.
High heels are not a natural angle for the toes or for the boy. Full body weight will be distributed along the heels in the case of flat shoes. With high heels this will be concentrated to few palaces that will lea to over strain.
It is better to keep the height of the heel below 2 inches to be in the safer side. If it is possible better to avoid high heels altogether. It will also change the foot shape of the girls. They will have to change the other shoe sizes if they continue to wear the high heels continuously.
High heels are too dangerous if they are not in the correct size.
